A hearing was given to HTCL on 11.06.04. 4.0 CONSIDERATION OF ISSUES 4.1 I have gone through the show cause notice, the reply filed by HTCL and submissions made by its representative during the course of hearing. The only issue that arises out for consideration is whether Harbinger Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. indulged in any fraudulent and unfair trade practices.
