As the said notice returned undelivered, the same was posted on the SEBI website. However, neither any representative of the noticee appeared for the hearing nor submitted any reply. In this background, I feel that the noticee is not interested in availing the opportunity of hearing and therefore, I proceed in the matter ex-parte on the basis of the available records.
