SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA, MUMBAI CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER NO. WTM/SR/SEBI-ERO/IMD/173/11/2015 DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2015. _________________________________________________________________________________
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") vide an Order bearing no. WTM/SR/SEBI- ERO/IMD/173/11/2015 dated November 20, 2015 ("Order"), passed certain directions as mentioned at paragraph 9 thereof, against United Cosmetics Manufacturing (I) Limited and its Directors including Mr.Samir Chattopadhyay Kumar.
2. SEBI has noticed an error in the PAN of Mr.Samir Chattopadhyay Kumar, as mentioned in the Order. Accordingly, the PAN of Mr.Samir Chattopadhyay Kumar, as mentioned in the Order, shall now be read as mentioned in the fourth column of the Table below –
