In GDR Issue I, Seazun Limited (now known as Clifford Capital Partners AG SA) ("Seazun"), a British Virgin Island based entity, was the original subscriber of GDRs. However, vide letter dated May 10, 2011, IKF had informed SEBI that the following entities were the original investors of the aforesaid Issue, viz. – a. Unicorn Asset Management Limited; b. Investec Bank (Switzerland) AG; c. Animar Limited; d. Albert Enterprises Limited.
