1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has vide Order dated August 24, 2022 bearing reference numbers WTM/SM/ IVD/ID2/18493/2022-23, inter alia, has passed directions against Mr. Ankur Agarwal (Noticee no. 5) bearing PAN AHCPA3196L.
