Order in the matter of Alok Industries Ltd. Page 2 of 10 Company Law Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “NCLT”), Ahmedabad Bench had admitted the Company under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (hereinafter referred to as “CIRP”) vide its order dated July 18, 2017 in pursuance with an application made by the State Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as “SBI”). In accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “IBC”), a Resolution Professional (hereinafter referred to as “RP”) was appointed for submission of report which was required to be approved, by the Committee of Creditors (hereinafter referred to as “CoC”) formed in terms of the provisions of IBC.
