Order in the matter of Trinity Bio-Tech Limited Page 2 of 2 4. Replying to the SCN, the company, vide its letter dated May 05, 2013 submitted inter alia that it did not receive the investor complaint and the SCORES authentication could not be obtained within the due date i.e. September 14, 2012 since the company was suspended by BSE with effect from the year 2008.

5. I have considered the SCNs, reply of the company and other material available on record. It has been confirmed that the company has obtained SCORES authentication on May 16, 2013 and has also resolved the investor complaint referred in the SCN. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that there is no need to pass any direction under section 11B of the SEBI Act against the company and its directors, as contemplated in the SCNs issued to them. However, the noticees are advised to take utmost care and be vigilant in future, in respect of redressal of investor grievances. The SCNs are accordingly disposed of.
