(NSE), and BSE Limited (BSE) in this regard through his letters dated February 14, 2014. (He has relied upon postal records to support his claims). He did not receive any further communication from any regulator pursuant to his intimation of resignation. However, USPL did not inform the Registrar of Companies regarding his resignation from USPL.
