SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CLARIFICATION TO THE ORDER NUMBER WTM/RKA/ISD/67/2016 DATED JUNE 15, 2016 IN THE MATTER OF KAILASH AUTO FINANCE LIMITED
1. Whereas SEBI has passed an interim order dated March 29, 2016 in the matter of Kailash Auto Finance Limited restraining 246 entities including one Mr. Hitesh Ramprakash Chhatwal (PAN:ADSPC4388E) from accessing the securities market and has further prohibited them from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, till further directions. These entities were advised to file their replies, if any, to the interim order within 21 days from the date of the order.
2. Whereas a confirmatory order dated June 15, 2016 was passed against few entities who had not responded pursuant to the aforesaid interim order. In the said confirmatory order the name of Mr. Hitesh Ramprakash Chhatwal has also been inadvertently mentioned who had responded to the interim order before passing of the confirmatory order.
