SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED JUNE 14, 2016 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/RKA/ISD/66/2016
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI"), vide Order dated June 14, 2016 bearing reference number WTM/RKA/ISD/66/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the Order"), had confirmed the directions issued vide the interim order dated December 19, 2014 in the matter of First Financial Services Ltd in respect of East India Securities Limited, Value & Worth, Mr. Santosh Kumar Shah, Shree Sudharshan Castings Private Limited, Madsan Agencies Private Limited, Motorex Finance Private Limited and Midnight Agencies Private Limited.
2. In the Order, an inadvertent error was noticed in the PAN details of the noticees namely Mr. Santosh Kumar Shah, Shree Sudharshan Castings Private Limited, Madsan Agencies Private Limited and Midnight Agencies Private Limited. The rectified PAN details of the said noticees is given in the Table below:
