SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/RKA/ISD/35/2015 DATED May 7, 2015
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI"), vide an order dated May 7, 2015 bearing reference number WTM/RKA/ISD/35/2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the Order"), had inadvertently issued directions in respect of 37 entities instead of 38 entities. Shri Dharmendra Rikhavchand Shah (PAN: ACDPS9920N) was inadvertently not included in the list of the noticees in the Order. Accordingly, the direction given in para 26 of the Order is also applicable to Shri Dharmendra Rikhavchand Shah (PAN: ACDPS9920N).
2. Further, Shri Dharmendra Rikhavchand Shah (PAN: AAEHD6246F) mentioned in the Order shall be read as Dharmendra Rikhavchand Shah (HUF) (PAN: AAEHD6246F).
