SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2015 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/RKA/ISD/09/2015
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI"), vide an ad- interim ex-parte Order dated February 20, 2015 bearing reference number WTM/RKA/ISD/09/2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the Order"), had issued directions against 33 entities. In the Order, Mr. Giridhari Kumar Agarwal, (PAN: AAGPA5881R) was inadvertently mentioned as Mr. Bimal Agrawal (PAN: AAGPA5881R). Thus, Mr. Bimal Agrawal (PAN: AAGPA5881R) mentioned in the Order shall be read as Mr. Giridhari Kumar Agarwal, (PAN: AAGPA5881R).
