5. Vide its letter dated February 05, 2014 and February 25, 2014 the company filed its reply to the SCN. Opportunities of personal hearings were granted to the company and its directors on October 28, 2014 and January 21, 2016. The notice to this effect was served on the company and its directors by way of affixture. However the company and its directors chose not to appear for the personal hearing on the scheduled date.
