1. Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") vide an Order bearing no. WTM/RKA/EFD/DRA II/188/2016 dated November 01, 2016 ("Order"), passed directions as mentioned in paragraph 7 thereof against certain entities including Millennium Cybertech Limited.
2. SEBI has noticed an inadvertent error in the para 7 of the order as the name of the entity has been mentioned as Keshariya Spinners Limited. Accordingly, the directions in the paragraph may be read in respect of Millennium Cybertech Limited and its directors.
