Securities and Exchange Board of India (“hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) conducted investigation into dealings in the scrip of YCEL to find out whether the said company, its promoter directors and other intermediaries / persons have contravened the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992 and or Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
3 4.6 MBH was dealing in securities in the name of a proprietary concern by name M/s. Anand Securities which was one of the major clients which traded in the scrip.
4 (iii) It is clarified that premises of MBH and YCEL were situated on the same floor of the building. This cannot be used to arrive at adverse findings against Mr. Rungta.
