1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI") vide an Order dated October 25, 2013 bearing reference number WTM/PS/56/IVD/ID- 08/OCT/2013 ("the Order"), had revoked the directions issued vide the ad-interim ex-parte
order dated December 28, 2011, inter alia with respect to Mr. Venkata Ramana Nadimpalli. In the Order, the PAN of Mr. Venkata Ramana Nadimpalli was inadvertently mentioned as AFCPB 5056J. The correct PAN of the said person is ACJPN 2798K.
