1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as ‘SEBI’) vide an Order dated May 17, 2016 bearing reference number WTM/PS/38/CFD/MAY/2016 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Order’), had vacated the directions issued vide the interim order dated December 10, 2015, with respect to Sayaji Hotels Limited. In paragraph 10 of the Order, the date of interim order was inadvertently mentioned as July 22, 2015. The correct date of the
interim order is December 10, 2015. 2. The Order accordingly stands corrected. The Order shall always be read with this Corrigendum.
