Page 3 of 24 In view of the aforesaid order of Hon'ble SAT, SEBI vide email dated July 18, 2012 intimated NSDL that the directions vide email dated April 13, 2012 to maintain status-quo stands vacated. NSDL vide its letter dated July 19, 2012, informed SEBI that it had removed the Account Level Freeze in respect of the 'frozen' depository accounts of Jayesh and Jayesh P. Khandwala.

However, in view of the time frame fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, as mentioned above, I was unable to accommodate the request of Jayesh for further opportunity of personal hearing. However, Jayesh was given the liberty to file the written submission by July 08, 2013. Having complied with the principles of natural justice, I now proceed with the matter, taking into consideration the material available on record.
