Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 28(2) of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008, I hereby warn MBD Securities Private Limited (PAN No. AAACM8221G) having SEBI Registration No. INB010994434 to be cautious in its future dealings and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of its affairs as a Stock Broker.
