The noticee sold 1,31,220 for Rs. 8,55,002 at an average price of Rs. 60 and 1,14,408 shares for Rs.76,76,927 at an average price of Rs. 67 and made a total unlawful gain of Rs. 54,76,653. e. Thereafter, he paid Rs. 10,640 or multiples thereof to various demat account holders indicating that he purchased IDFC shares from the demat account holders @ Rs. 40 approximately. f. The noticee made an unlawful gain of Rs. 54,76,653 [(60-40) x 1,31,220] + [(67-40) x 1,05,639].
