Order in the matter of Inter Globe Finance Ltd Page 2 of 23 operation of the directions contained in paragraphs 1(a) and (b) of the aforesaid letter dated August 7, 2017. Hon’ble SAT also granted liberty to IGFL to make a representation to SEBI against the impugned communication of SEBI dated 07.08.2017, and directed that If representation is made, SEBI shall dispose of the said representation in accordance with law. Hon’ble SAT made clear that this order shall not come in the way of SEBI as well as the stock exchanges to investigate the case of IGFL and initiate proceedings if deemed fit.
