SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORAM: MADHABI PURI BUCH, WHOLE TIME MEMBER ADDENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED NOVEMBER 23, 2017 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-IV/96/2017 IN THE MATTER OF REAL TULIP INDIA LIMITED
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) vide an Order dated November 23, 2017 bearing reference number WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA- IV/96/2017 (hereinafter referred to as “the SEBI Order”) had issued directions against Real Tulip India Limited and its directors and debenture trustee as mentioned therein. The Hon’ble Calcutta High Court has passed as Order dated April 04, 2017 in W.P. 28395 (W) of 2015 in respect of Real Tulip India Limited and its directors.
2. The effect and implementation of the said SEBI Order is subject to the directions passed by the Hon’ble High court in its Order dated April 04, 2017. This Order shall be part of SEBI
