1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) had passed an order dated February 22, 2019, bearing reference number WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA- IV/21/2019 (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) in the matter of Motilal Oswal Commodities Broker Private Limited.
2. In the Order, in paragraph 96, the phrase “…as already discussed in paragraph…of this order …” may be read as, “as already discussed in paragraph 83 of this order”.
