1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) had passed an order dated August 30, 2019, bearing reference number WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-4/64/2019 (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) in the matter of Life Fund.
2. In the Order, in paragraph 36(d), the reference to para 35(c) shall be read as para 36(c). 3.
