1. Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed Final Order dated January 24, 2022, bearing reference number WTM/AB/WRO /WRO/14742/2021-22 in the matter of Unregistered Investment Advisory Services by Capital Exchange India.
2. In the aforesaid final order, the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of Mr. Ankit Mishra (Noticee No.3) has inadvertently been mentioned as “BBPPM7624F”, instead of “DPPPM7624F”.
