SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ORDER WTM/KMA/MRD-DSA/311/11/2010 ORDER UNDER SECTION 12A OF THE SECURITIES CONTRACTS (REGULATION) ACT, 1956 READ WITH SECTION 11, 11B AND 19 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ACT, 1992 IN THE MATTER OF COIMBATORE STOCK EXCHANGE LIMITED.
SEBI vide order dated April 17, 2006 inter alia appointed a Three Member Committee (TMC) consisting of Shri V Selvaraj, SEBI Nominee Director / ROC, as member chairman and Shri C. A. Venkatesan and Shri K. R. Raman, Public Representative Directors, to undertake day to day functioning of the Coimbatore Stock Exchange Limited (CSX).
