SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ORDER Modification in respect of the interim order dated May 28, 2009 against Kanaiyalal Baldev Patel, Dipak Patel (Portfolio Manager of Passport India Investment (Mauritius) Ltd) and their connected entities viz. Anandkumar Baldevbhai Patel and Bhoomi Industries. WTM/KMA/77/ISD/06/2009
Whereas the PAN of Anandkumar Baldevbhai Patel was mentioned in the said order as “AACFB8866B” and it has been subsequently noticed that the correct PAN of the said client is “AKOPP0221G”.
Therefore, I, hereby, direct that the PAN of the Shri. Anandkumar Baldevbhai Patel mentioned as “AACFB8866B” at paragraph (c) of Page 12 of the said order be substituted with “AKOPP0221G”, and the said order shall stand modified accordingly.
