3. SEBI received a letter dated March 28, 2017 from Mr D.N Davar (hereinafter referred to as ‘the noticee’), one of the directors of the company stating that he had filed Form 32 vide receipt no 451 dated 15.4.2000 regarding his resignation as director with effect from 15.04.2000 from the Board of the company and he was not a director of the company during the relevant time. The said submission was also confirmed by Registrar of Companies (RoC – Mumbai) vide its letter (undated) received by SEBI on June 21, 2017. Based on the documents produced, he requested SEBI that the restriction and prohibition on him from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly be removed.
