2 listed companies to take appropriate steps within seven days of receipt of complaints through SCORES in terms of the aforesaid circular, so as to resolve the complaint/s within thirty days of its receipt.
3 4. Since the abovementioned noticees did not obtain SCORES authentication and failed to redress investor grievances, SEBI issued separate Show Cause Notices (SCNs) to the noticees calling upon them to show cause as to why suitable directions including the direction to restrain them from accessing the securities market for a specified period should not be passed under section 11B of the SEBI Act. The details of the SCN, mode of service of SCN, number of investor grievances pending as on the date of the SCN, the date of hearing and the mode of service of hearing notice to the aforesaid five companies are tabulated below:-
