SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ORDER ADDENDUM to Order No. WTM/GM/EFD/48/2018-19 dated August 06, 2018 In the matter of Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd. (IGSL)
Pursuant to the proceedings held before the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal on 12/10/2018 in Appeal No.361/2018- Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd. & others Vs. SEBI and in the light of the SAT order dated 01/02/2018 in the matter of Corporate Strategic Allianz Limited Vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 4 of 2017), it is felt necessary to issue the following clarification, which may be read and treated as part of the captioned SEBI order: “While Inventure Growth & Securities Ltd. (IGSL) along with certain other Noticees have been prohibited vide the captioned order from accessing the securities market or buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of 4 years, it does not prohibit IGSL from carrying out its activities or functions as a registered intermediary during this period.”
2. A copy of this Order shall be forwarded to the recognised stock exchanges, registered depositories and registered registrars to issue and share transfer agents for necessary compliance with the above directions.
