in the matter of Ronson Traders Limited Page 1 of 1 WTM/GM/CFD/12A/2020-21 SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM IN THE MATTER OF DELISTING OF EQUITY SHARES OF RONSON TRADERS LTD.
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed an order bearing number WTM/GM/CFD/12/2020-21 on June 19, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) in the matter of Ronson Traders Limited.
2. The words “voluntary winding up” appearing in Para 19(b) of the Order shall be read as “voluntary delisting”. 3. The Order shall be read along with this corrigendum.
