Preliminary Findings The Company – Business, board of directors, shareholding pattern 2.1 Millennium Cybertech Ltd. was registered as Private Limited Company named Brahma Capital & Securities Ltd. and was incorporated in the year 1986. As per the publicly available information, the company was doing the business of Financial Services & Hire Purchase, Leasing till September 1999. In the year 1999, the company changed its name to Millennium Cybertech Ltd. In the year 1999-2000, the company reportedly diversified its business from Finance to Web-Development & Web-Hosting Services.
