1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has passed a Final Order dated December 20, 2023 bearing reference number WTM/AN/MIRSD/DOP/29872/2023-24 in respect of Algocomm Futures Private Limited (earlier known as Mansukh Commodity Futures Private Limited) in the matter of NSEL.
2. In the said Final Order, at the table on page-1, the SEBI Registration Number of Algocomm Futures Private Limited (earlier known as Mansukh Commodity Futures Private Limited) is incorrectly mentioned as INZ000027833. However, the correct Registration Number is INZ000063032 and the same is mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 38 of the Final Order.
