SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA Corrigendum to the Order dated March 02, 2023 bearing reference number WTM/AN/ISD/ISD-SEC-1/24334/2022-23 in the matter of Stock Recommendations using YouTube in the scrip of Sharpline Broadcast Limited
1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) has passed an Interim ex-parte Order dated March 02, 2023 bearing reference number WTM/AN/ISD/ISD-SEC-1/24334/2022-23 in the matter of Stock Recommendations using YouTube in the scrip of Sharpline Broadcast Limited.
2. In the said Order, at Paragraph no. 5.5 on page 4, the name of the scrip has been inadvertently mentioned as “Sadhna”. The same shall be read as “Sharpline”. Further, at paragraph 33 on page 46, the name of the scrip has been inadvertently mentioned as “Sharpline Broadcast Limited”. The same shall be read as “Sadhna Broadcast Limited”.
