Corrigendum to Final Order dated April 22, 2021 passed in the matter of A2 Financial Services 1. A final Order dated April 22, 2021 bearing no. WTM/ AB /WRO/ILO/2 /2020-21 (hereinafter referred to as “Final Order”) was passed in the matter of A2 Financial Services against three Noticees for the violation of provisions of Section 12(1) of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 3(1) of the SEBI (Investment Advisors) Regulations, 2013.
2. In the said Final Order, the PAN of Noticee no. 1, i.e., M/s A2 Financial Services, has been inadvertently mentioned as “AABFA0964B” instead of “ABBFA0964B” and the PAN of Noticee no. 2, i.e. Mr. Ashish Jain has been inadvertently mentioned as “ANIJP1043K” instead of “ANIPJ1043K”.
