SEBI had passed an ex parte ad interim order in the matter of BRH Wealth Kreators Limited (formerly BMA Wealth Creators Limited) on October 07, 2019 bearing order no. ‘WTM/AB/SEBI/ERO/25/2019’ (“the ex parte ad interim order”). Post passing of the ex parte ad interim order, some typographical errors in the ex parte ad interim order have been observed.
