WTM/AB/IVD/ID6/20398/2022-23 SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA MISCELLANEOUS ORDER REPRESENTATION IN RESPECT OF ORDER NO. WTM/AB/IVD/ID6/20272/2022- 23 DATED OCTOBER 12, 2022 - IN THE MATTER OF SARANG CHEMICALS LIMITED.
6. A copy of this order shall be served on Noticee no. 1, recognised stock exchanges, Banks, Depositories and registrar(s) to an issue and share transfer agents, for information and necessary action.
1. Vide an Order having reference no. WTM/AB/IVD/ID6/20272/2022-23 dated October 12, 2022 (“Final Order”), SEBI had directed the Noticees mentioned therein to disgorge the unlawful gains along with interest. The said Final Order was passed pursuant directions issued by Hon’ble Securities Tribunal, Mumbai, vide its order dated August 12, 2021, whereby SEBI order dated December 31, 2018 was remanded to SEBI for passing fresh order.
