IN THE MATTER OF MPS INFOTECNICS LTD. 1. SEBI had passed a final order in respect of Mr. Rajinder Singh in the matter of MPS Infotecnics Ltd. on April 28, 2023, bearing
order no. ‘WTM/AB/IVD/ID4/26034/2023-24’ (‘Final Order’). 2. In the Final Order, at page 21, the date of the Final Order has been inadvertently mentioned as “April 28, 2022”, instead of “April 28, 2023”.
3. Accordingly, the date of Final Order appearing at Page 21 of the Final Order, shall be read as “April 28, 2023”. 4. The Final Order shall always be read along with this ‘Corrigendum’.
