Final Order in the matter of Focus Industrial Resources Limited Page 4 of 23 e) On perusal of demat statements of all the promoters for the said period, it was observed during investigation that for the quarter ended September 30, 2013, the promoter group was holding 78,91,730 shares which is 64.72% to the total share capital of the company. However, the Company disclosed promoter group holding as 62,08,730 shares which is 50.92% (reference- table 2 above). This difference was due to non-disclosure of shareholding of five promoter group entities viz., Noticee no. 11, Noticee no. 9, Noticee no. 6, Noticee no. 3 and Noticee no. 5. Further, for the quarter ended March 2013, Noticee no. 13, was included in the promoter group and for the Quarter ended September 2013, three entities viz., Noticee no. 14, 15 and 16 were included in the promoter group.
