Final Order in the matter of Nu Tek India Limited Page 2 of 96 (i) Show Cause Notice No. SEBI/HO/IVD/ID19/VA/OW/P/2020/13565/1-7 dated August 20,2020 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SCN’) issued to Noticee no. 1 to 7. (ii) Show Cause Notice No. SEBI/HO/IVD/ID19/OW/P/2020/13567/1 dated August 20,2020 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SCN-II’) issued to Noticee no. 8.

The SCN-II calls upon the Noticee no. 8, the statutory auditor of NTIL, as to why suitable directions under Sections 11,11B and 11D of SEBI Act,1992 be not issued against them for the alleged violations of Section 12A(a) (b) (c) of the SEBI Act,1992 and Regulation 3(b), (c) and (d) and Regulation 4(1) and 4(2), (a), (e), (f) and (r) of the PFUTP Regulations,2003.
