Addendum to the Final Order in the matter of MPS Infotecnics Limited 2 selling or otherwise dealing in securities including units of mutual funds, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 5 years from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding of securities including units of mutual funds of these Noticees shall also remain frozen.”
2. Subsequent to the issuance of the Final Order, it has been informed by NSE that Mr. Sanjiv Bhavani (Noticee no. 4) and Mr. Karun Jain (Noticee no. 7) are holding open positions in the Futures and Options segments as at the end of trading on March 06, 2020, which need to be closed.
3. In view of the above, Mr. Sanjiv Bhavani (Noticee no. 4) and Mr. Karun Jain (Noticee no. 7) may close the open positions in the Futures and Options segments on or before the expiry date of the respective contracts or within a period of two months from March 06, 2020, whichever is earlier.
