1. SEBI had passed a final order in the matter of Wisdom Agro Tech India Ltd. on August 14, 2019 bearing order no. ‘WTM/AB/IMD- CIS/SRO/17/2019-20’ (‘Final Order’). Post passing of the Final Order, some typographical errors at para 12, 19 & 21 of the Final Order have been brought to my notice, namely, that the words and numerals “Noticee no. 3” have been referred to, instead of “Noticee no. 2”.
2. Accordingly, the words ‘Noticee no. 3’, wherever appearing at para 12, 19 and 21 of the Final Order, shall be read as ‘Noticee no. 2’.
