Corrigendum to the Final Order dated November 02, 2020 in the matter of Siya-Ram Agro Industries Ltd. 1. A Final Order dated November 02, 2020 bearing no. ‘WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA- IV/14/2020-21’ was passed by the undersigned in the matter of Siya-Ram Agro Industries Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Final Order’) against three entities for violation of provisions of Companies Act, 1956, SEBI (ILDS) Regulations, 2008 and SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
2. It is learnt that the PAN of Noticee no. 1 i.e. Siya-Ram Agro Industries Ltd. has been incorrectly recorded in the Table on Page 1 of the Final Order. Accordingly, in the Final Order, in the Table appearing at Page 1, the PAN of Noticee no. 1 shall be read as “AAKCS2215E”.
