Accordingly, it was incumbent upon such company to redress the investor complaint. It was observed that two (02) investor complaint(s) were pending against the Noticee.

The said SCN bearing No. SEBI-NRO/OW/AO/VKV/DL/149/2016 dated 02.02.2016 was sent at the last known address(s) at “25 Babar Road New Delhi - 110001” of the Noticee through Postal Department. However, Noticee did not submit any reply from the same.

I am of the view that before proceeding in the matter on its merit, it would be in the fitness of the thing to first decide the preliminary issue as to whether the adjudication proceedings initiated by SEBI against the Noticee would continue.
