Adjudication order in respect of M/s Kwality Ltd. January 19, 2016 Page 2 of 6 for authentication to SEBI, in the format annexed to the said Circular. However, it was observed that M/s Shri Kwality Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Noticee/the Company") did not submit the details to SEBI which were required to be furnished in terms of the said Circular.

I find from the records that the aforesaid SCN bearing No. SEBI- NRO/AO/VKV/GSS/1171/2015 dated August 18, 2015 was sent at the registered office address of the Noticee at "KDIL House: F-82, Shivaji Place, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi- 110027”. The said SCN was duly delivered to the Noticee through the Department of Post. Noticee vide letter dated August 25, 2015 had submitted its reply in the matter, which inter alia stated as under: ".......... This has reference to you show cause notice dated August 18, 2015 received by us on August 25, 2015. In this regard we intend to inform that we are in due compliance of all the rules, regulations and circulars regarding the processing of investor complaints through SEBI Complaints Redress System.
