Further Vide another Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2013 dated April 17, 2013 SEBI had granted further 30 days’ time to obtain scores authentication and informed that any failure would not only be deemed as non redressal of investor grievances but also indicate willful avoidance of the same.

From the other sources, I found that the address of the Noticee is “Ushapuram UPSIDC Industrial Estate, Jagdishpur, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh-227817”. The SCN copy was sent vide SCN no. SEBI/NRO/OW/AO/VKV/DL/1170/2015 dated July 23, 2015 and same was also delivered. However, the Noticee did not submit any reply.
