Further Vide another Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2013 dated April 17, 2013 SEBI had granted further 30 days’ time to obtain scores authentication and informed that any failure would not only be deemed as non redressal of investor grievances but also indicate willful avoidance of the same.

Noticee vide letter dated April 21, 2015 had submitted its reply in the matter, which inter alia sated as under: “…  The SCN was received by the Noticee on April 20, 2015 i.e. on the date of hearing by post. Due to the aforesaid reason the Noticee nor its Authorized representative was unable to attend the scheduled hearing.  We regret our absence and further request you to grant a fair and reasonable opportunity to file documents/evidence to contest the said inquiry. ……….”
