Adjudication order in respect of M/s Thapar Concast Limited January 4, 2018 Page 3 of 4 submitting the details for authentication as required for obtaining the user id and passwords of scores id and for not redressing the complaints against the Company. That the Company has taken the SCORES authentication on February 2, 2015 and all the complaints were resolved by March 2015. That the complaint under SCN pertains to the period prior to march 2015 and thereafter there is no pending complaint in SCORES system.”
