Settlement order in the matter of Haldar Venture Ltd. Page 2 of 2 on Axis bank. 5. Accordingly, the possible proceedings that may be initiated for the defaults as discussed in paragraph 1 above, are settled qua the applicant as per the above terms, by way of this order and SEBI shall not initiate any enforcement action against the applicant for the said defaults.
In the matter of Haldar Venture Limited. 1. Mr. Prabhat Kumar Haldar (hereinafter referred to as “the applicant”) filed a suo-moto application proposing to settle, through a settlement order, the delayed compliance of Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 29(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
