A common Show Cause Notice (hereafter referred to as “SCN”) dated December 27, 2023 was issued to the Applicants in terms of the provisions of Rule 4 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 (“SEBI Adjudication Rules”), calling upon the Applicants to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held and penalty be not imposed upon them, under Section 15HB of the SEBI Act for the alleged violation of the aforesaid provisions.
